WOW! Without my jaw-advancing mouthguard which increases my O2 by about 1-2%, my O2 saturation should have decreased, but it increased! (I use a $75 Z-Quiet versus an almost identical sleep doctor’s $3400 product made of polyamide-12, a toxic, inflammation-causing material). I was shocked but then remembered I’d taken cordyceps tincture the last two mornings.
My O2 average increased from average 89% to 93%.
My nightly low increased from 70% to 84%!
And I only spent 6% of the night below 90% O2 saturation (has been 12-15% with sleep apnea device).
Game-changer when nothing else seems to help, and I was looking at using an icky CPAP in my future. I know cordyceps tincture will help me during an endurance trail running race in a few weeks too!
